Back in 2016, we made the decision to settle in Alaska. With a passion for construction, we started building and renovating houses.

As time passed, we couldn't ignore the pressing issue of skyrocketing housing costs. By 2023, it became clear that action was needed to address the growing need for affordable housing. That's when we decided to step up and make a difference.

Our solution? Tiny houses. We saw them as a practical and cost-effective way to tackle the housing crisis. Determined to provide a solution, we set out to develop and build these tiny homes, having them ready for delivery within just two months of placing an order.

By offering custom homes to those in need, especially in the face of rising building costs, we're making a tangible difference. We're proud to say that through our tiny houses, we're turning dreams of homeownership into reality for many. And we're committed to continuing this mission of providing affordable housing for all.
